Some comments on the contents. While we'd like nothing better than to offer a complete annotated bibliography including subject/author cross-referencing, we don't have the time or financing. We're also well aware that there are undoubtedly omissions, most being foreign language publications. We hope that by keeping the project "live" by ongoing updates and by encouraging user contributions, that this bibliography will continually grow and expand. Any reader who knows of material that should be included can send us that information at info@gestalt.org.
